DOHA, Qatar – Following in a long-held tradition, ExxonMobil Qatar is giving fans an opportunity to meet their favorite tennis stars at its stand in the Public Village. Every year, hundreds of tournament-goers flock to the company’s stand to meet world-class players and perhaps even pick up one of the tennis balls signed by them.
This week, World No. 1 Andy Murray, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Tomas Berdych, David Goffin, Arthur De Greef and Philipp Kohlschreiber have made appearances at the stand, where they interacted with excited fans who were waiting to meet them and get their autographs. As the tournament continues, many more of this year’s star-studded list of players will drop by the stand at random times of the afternoon to meet their fans.
